What are the office hours?

Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM

If needed, appointments outside of these hours may be available. Please call to check availability.

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term. One month, ten years, or a life sentence for your belongings. It's up to you! We would love to keep you around but we know every individual's self storage needs are different.

What size storage unit do I need?

The size of the storage unit you need depends on how many items you’re storing. Here's a general guide to help you choose:
  • 5x5: Ideal for small items, like boxes, seasonal décor, or a few small furniture pieces.
  • 5x10: Perfect for a small one-bedroom apartment or larger items like a mattress, couch, or several boxes.
  • 10x10: Fits the contents of a one-bedroom apartment or small house, including furniture and boxes.
  • 10x15: Great for a two-bedroom apartment, including larger furniture, appliances, and boxes.
  • 10x20: Can store the contents of a 3-bedroom house, including large furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items.
  • 10x30: Suitable for larger homes or businesses storing large amounts of inventory, furniture, or vehicles.

Are your storage units climate-controlled?

If your plans change, no problem! We offer flexible reservation policies:
  • Cancel Anytime: If you need to cancel your reservation, simply contact us before your scheduled move-in date. There’s no cancellation fee.
  • Change Your Reservation: If you need to adjust the size or dates of your unit, let us know, and we’ll make the necessary changes.
Just give us a call or email, and we’ll be happy to assist with any adjustments.


How do I prepare my items for storage?

Proper preparation helps protect your belongings while in storage. Here are some tips:
  • Pack in Boxes: Use sturdy boxes to keep items protected and organized.
  • Cover Furniture: Use furniture covers or moving blankets to prevent scratches and dust.
  • Use Plastic Bins for Clothing: Store clothes in airtight plastic bins to protect against moisture and dust.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. We expect life to happen so we also ask for your "Emergency Contact" in case you lose your phone. =)

How do I reserve a storage unit?

Reserving a unit with us is easy! You can:
  1. Call or Visit Our Facility: Speak to a team member who will help you choose the best unit.
  2. Reserve Online: Use our website to reserve your unit, select your preferred size, and set your rental terms.
  3. Get Confirmation: Once you’ve completed your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

What security features do you offer?

Our facility is fenced, gated, and under 24-hour video surveillance. Access to the facility is granted by the keypad access-controlled gate. For the safety of your belongings, ONLY Police, Fire, and EMS can enter without being a customer or other Authorized Personel. As an added security level for our Climate-Controlled storage units, we have an additional keypad to control access to the climate-controlled unit hallways as well. Controlled entry in to the facility and an eye in the sky for all our customers. Upgrade to the Climate Controlled secure storage units and enjoy Maximum Security with an additional controlled access point.

  • 24/7 Video Surveillance: Our facility is monitored around the clock with high-definition cameras.
